Select Add or Change appropriately with the following information filled in.
Your Name (ex. Jane Doe)
The email address given to you by Sus4
Incoming mail server: mail.sus4.net
Outgoing mail server: mail.sus4.net
User Name: your email address (ex. john@doeco.com)
Password
To tweak the settings a little more, click on the More Settings … button.
Click on the Outgoing Server tab.
Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Make sure that the logon information is set to: Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Under Server Port Numbers, click both boxes next to This server requires a secure connection (SSL)
Change the Incoming mail (POP3): to 995
Change the Outgoing mail (SMTP): to 587
Finally! Click OK, Next, and Finish. Then you may test your settings. (We have found that testing your settings from the Account Setup window can be problematic. Please test your settings by sending yourself an email and verifying that you receive it.)
